National Agency for Research and Development

Bilateral Partnership

Bilateral cooperation is a strategic collaboration between ANCD and similar agencies or institutions in other countries, aimed at promoting the exchange of knowledge, experience, and resources in the field of research and development. This cooperation is a key pillar in ANCD's mission to support research initiatives and researchers in the Republic of Moldova, enhancing their abilities to create and apply solutions based on scientific research results, ultimately stimulating innovation for societal benefit.

It also contributes to strengthening the position of Moldovan research units within the international scientific community and the European Research Area, as well as in international projects conducted in collaboration with foreign researchers.

Through these partnerships, collaboration is facilitated among researchers, universities, the private sector, and other relevant entities in Moldova and partner countries, promoting the exchange of best practices, innovation, and progress in areas of mutual interest. Bilateral cooperation can include joint research and innovation projects, academic exchanges, training internships, and other initiatives aimed at strengthening collaborative relationships and increasing the impact of research and development in both countries. These partnerships open new opportunities for development and collaboration within the international scientific community, helping to enhance the prestige and competitiveness of the Republic of Moldova in global research and innovation.
