The National Agency for Research and Development (NARD) announces that following the cross-checking of eligibility results conducted by NARD and the partner institution from Türkiye – the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK), the list of eligible projects to be submitted for evaluation has been compiled.

We remind you that the eligibility procedure for project proposals is carried out independently by NARD and TÜBİTAK for the proposals submitted by the team in each respective country.

The National Agency for Research and Development, in collaboration with the European Commission, announces the extension of the registration deadline for the Project Writing Campaign and the provision of consultancy by European experts, until October 29, 2023, inclusive.

In cooperation with the National Agency for Research and Development of Moldova as coordinator of National Contact Points for Horizon Europe, the European Commission invites researchers and innovators from the public and private sectors in Moldovato participate in a three-day Proposal Writing Camp as well as to individual Expert Consultations.

Today, June 23, 2023, the awarding of honorary diplomas took place for civil servants from the State institutions dedicated to Civil Servant Day - 2023.The National Agency for Research and Development was represented by Mr. Interim Director Vadim Iațchevici, who received the Diploma of Honor.

The National Agency for Research and Development launches the creation of the National Office of the EU Program "Horizon Europe" (hereinafter - the Office) and announces a competition for staff recruitment.

The framework program for research and innovation "Horizon Europe" (2021-2027), was established by Regulation (EU) 2021/695 of the European Parliament and of the Council approved on April 28, 2021. The competition opens as needed and is published on the page official of the National Agency for Research and Development, institution responsible for the implementation in the Republic of Moldova of EU Programs in the field of research and innovation.

1. Moldovan-Turkish project proposals will be developed in the following areas:

- Engineering and technologies

- Environment (soil, water, climate)

– Energy

- Medical and health sciences

- Agricultural sciences and food security

- Social sciences related to global crises

- Earth Sciences

Only one domain can be selected within a project proposal.

The DAAD scholarship program "ERA Scholarships - Green Hydrogen" funded by the German Federal Ministry of Research (BMBF) as an implementation measure of the European Green Hydrogen Agenda Process, is aimed at young researchers and scientists from Germany and the European Research Area, as well as from Georgia, the Republic of Moldova, Ukraine and Armenia. Applications for the scholarship program are open until April 27. Other applications will follow during the year.
